I never worked in pokemon style before ( I mean serious work like that) I'm sorry for grammar errrors (My Eng suck ^^;)

In Japanese it is short name to express special tender feelings. For example, in Sailor Moon Mamoru calls Usagi Usako
Seems in Japan only boyfriend could call girl like that
